i found a few products that i really love it and i gonna buy it..

it is KABENO ! i din even want 2 know more about this product last time, but after this programme, now i quite interested on this product..

their new product for 2010 is called COFFRET D'OR..

u gals will love it too..

it's because the packaging of this new product is awesome !!

especially the cheek color ~ IC Blush..

Full of diamond on it and the most attractive sight is ♥ it looks BLING BLING ~

Next, i love the mascara til the MAX ♥

it can make our eye lashes as long as 2X compare with our present eye lashes..and it can make our eye lashes looks more natural after applying this brand of mascara..

i dont believe such mascara can be so effective ! but i cant deny it because that programme prove 2 me !

4th day ~ ♥

♥ took at ytd noon =)

i woke up around 7am on thursday..

cz i plan 2 take my id picture on that day..

have 2 make up a lil bit la, cz last year foundation my id picture looks so ugly..

duno this year 1 will look nicer or not, hehe =D hope so ..

2day is the 4th day of my diet planning..

drank a cup of coffee and a piece of bread for my breakfast le..

u knw wat is my lunch 2day?

is 1 litre of frush juice without sugar + 1 vitagen..

drink so much of liquid stuff, duno will 水肿 o not ar..

suffer suffer..

i want 2 share with my dear, but i wan 2 give him a suprise, so when everytime he ask me wat i eat for breakfat, lunch and dinner, i told him tat i eat " ho liao ".. sob sob ..

but the real situation is i jz eat some stupid food ..

really hope that i can slim after 9 days more !!

Blood Donation ~ ♥

this is my 1st time ..

at 1st i didn't think wanna join the blood donation campaign..but elise keep persuading me, so no choice lo, hehe..

i force her donate 2gether with me, but too bad..not enuff blood inside her body i think, too weak la, plss eat more la u..

end up jz me alone donate loo..at 1st i tot it was painfull, but i'm wrong..jz a lil bit itchy feeling for me, hehe =)

第一天
早餐：一杯咖啡加一块糖
午餐：两个水煮蛋，水煮菠菜(一或两棵)，一个番茄
晚餐：牛肉250g ( 不吃牛肉的可以用其它红肉代替)，玻璃生菜拌橄楠油和柠檬。

第二天
早餐：一杯咖啡加一块糖
午餐：两片面包，一大片火腿，一罐酸奶
晚餐：牛肉250g ( 不吃牛肉的可以用其它红肉代替)，玻璃生菜拌橄楠油和柠檬。

第三天
早餐：一杯咖啡加一块糖，一片面包
午餐：两个水煮蛋，一大片火腿，玻璃生菜一份
晚餐：水煮西芹菜一份，一个番茄，一份水果

第四天
早餐：一杯咖啡加一块糖，一片面包
午餐：1000ml 无糖果汁，一罐酸奶
晚餐：一个水煮蛋，一个萝卜，两片芝士乳酪。

第五天
早餐：一个大萝卜加柠檬
午餐：一大片水煮鱼肉(不加油的鱼片汤也可以)加柠檬与少量的牛油
晚餐：牛肉250g ( 不吃牛肉的可以用其它红肉代替)，玻璃生菜与西芹菜各一份。

第六天
早餐：一杯咖啡加一块糖，一片面包
午餐：两个水煮蛋，一个大萝卜
晚餐：半只鸡，玻璃生菜拌橄楠油和柠檬。

第七天
早餐：一杯红茶(不加糖)
午餐：对不起，什么都没有！
晚餐：烤羊扒(牛扒或猪扒也可以)，一份水果。

第八天
早餐：一杯咖啡加一块糖，一片面包
午餐：两个水煮蛋，一大片火腿，玻璃生菜一份
晚餐：水煮西芹菜一份，一个番茄，一份水果。

第九天
早餐：一杯咖啡加一块糖
午餐：一大片火腿，一罐酸奶
晚餐：牛肉250g ( 不吃牛肉的可以用其它红肉代替)，玻璃生菜拌橄楠油和柠檬。

第十天
早餐：一杯咖啡加一块糖，一片面包

this is my housemate gave me d diet menu..

her sister's fren try this really works, slim down ~

so, my housemate and me decided 2 follow this menu for 13 days..

omg !! can u see the food listed there?

is really hard for me 2 pass this 13 days..

there are a lot of thing tat i hate 2 eat it..

but no choice lo, wan 2 slim is need 2 " fu chut doi ka "..

today alr the 2nd day, tmr will be da 3rd day..

hopefully this menu really works on me ..

i wanna give a suprise 2 him ♥

cz he always i my leg looks very fat er..

i didn't tell him that i m dieting, hope he will feel happy la after see me slim jor, LoL..

cz i hate him 2 keep saying " your leg so fat "..

hahahah !!

okie add oil la ~ if this really works, this will be the most happiest CNY and Valentine's day i will pass !

Last Semester Break For Foundation ~ ♥

Almost 1 month+ i didn't update my blog le, cz i'm lazy, xD kekeke..

i m here 2day cz i wanna share wat i have done in my sem break for last year =)

on 23nd of dec 2009, we recover again ^^ i hope this will be da last time for da " recover " ..
